Synd at Bulder ikke har bank på Internett. Hva skjer om man f.eks mister mobilen??
In July, I switched to Bulder from DNB after several years of growing frustration - but that's for another review. I was attracted to Bulder for two primary reasons. The first was their attractive interest rates, the second was their promise of self-service on pretty much everything. The good side is that they do offer attractive interest rates (at least, for savings - I haven't looked into the home loan side of things). Their app is nice too. On the other hand, self-service shouldn't necessarily mean bad support, but unfortunately, it seems to mean that... I was denied for a credit card when in the process of switching. I understand this isn't entirely Bulder's fault - I had a large outstanding credit card balance at another bank. This is the fault of the debt register. However, I paid that off (and closed it), and have still been trying to open a credit card nearly two weeks later. I've been told versions of things like "try again tomorrow", "try again next week", to the latest version today of "try again in 30 days". None of this has told me what the problem actually is - which to me looks like something has completely broken for my data in their system. I'm not sure what the point of support like this is, is when it can basically be replaced by an autoresponder that repeatedly answers "try again later", like some kind of demented 8-ball, but here we are... I now have zero debt in gjeldsregisteret, and as I am pretty well off, I have personal savings of over 600k in Bulder itself, yet apparently that isn't enough to get someone from Bulder to press the button that says "yeah, actually, this guy can probably have a credit card", which is really quite annoying, because I hate having to constantly move money over to pay for things on a debit card. So I'd advise steering clear if you actually value getting sensible responses out of a human being when you fall through the cracks in their automation and need help. In my case, hopefully, sometime before the heat death of the universe, I might actually get a credit card from Bulder. Or perhaps I'll just move to another bank rather than wait that long to find out.
Har nylig blitt Bulderkunde og opplever det som enkelt og problemfritt. Hele flyttingen som bankkunde har gått på skinner. Appen er oversiktlig og enkel å bruke og så langt har jeg ikke opplevd noen utfordringer. Veldig godt fornøyd med banken så langt. Anbefales
Jeg var en tradisjonell kunde av de store banker, litt bruk av nettbanken. Var litt skeptisk til en ny bank med kun appen. Men Bulder har hjulpet oss mye med flytting av boliglån, vi fikk en bra rente. Så sparer vi noen tusen koner i år. Appen fungerer utmerket, og gir oss en daglig oversikt av alle tjenester vi bruker hos dem inkl. boliglån, sparekontoer og fond. Anbefaler Bulder vi!
Lekende lett å bytte avtalegiro-avtaler, faste oppdrag, VIPPS-konto osv. Liker denne banken veldig godt.
