Good points: Officially announced prices are good and with multiple discount codes are even better; Payments by travel insurance are relatively quick and case handling is not complicated. Bad points: Total mess with prices: price on web-page is two times lower compare to price stated in monthly payments. Hidden charges for paper bills, which are not shown anywhere. Mess with payments after changes are applied. No clear payment structure is available anywhere. No payment history available on the web-page. Not able to track changes in service history. Slow response from customer center. Incomplete response provided. Had to contact service center several times to finally make all changes done. No refund for car insurance when mileage is not fully used (successfully received this refund from Storebrand insurance when selling cars or changing insurance company)
