Åpningstid på bedrift support er ikke holdbart, jeg trengte hjelp på ondagv kl 1520, men fikk beskjed om at dere stengte kl 15. Elendig opplæring på sentralbord, og dere har ikke laget talemeldinger til oss. Ellers så er vi veldig fornøyd med både pris og sentralbord-løsningen.

Salesman at Phonero convinced me to switch to them by mentioning all the amazing things if I switched to Phonero. All the amazing things and the great price convinced me to accept the offer via SMS, replying with "Ok". What I was not told on the phone was that it was a 2 yr binding contract. This info was only accessible if you clicked on the "Read more" link on the SMS. While on the phone, salesperson at Phonero waits for you to reply "Ok" to the SMS so you accept the deal. There is not enough time to click on a weblink and read long contract details while on the phone. This binding period must have been communicated on the phone. Period. This should not only have been buried on a weblink in an offer via SMS. If the salesperson fails to mention a binding period, while you speak to them, how can you trust a company moving further as a customer? Our conversation on the phone is recorded, thankfully. I challenged Phonero on the 2yr contract, pushed them to listen to the recorded conversation. Both Phonero and I listened to it, there is no verbal communication of the 24 month contract on the recorded phone conversation. But since I replied with a "Ok", Phonero kept the contract, hence I am a customer now without a choice. All potential customers, be careful with Phonero when they try to convince you to switch. They may be not telling you everything until you accept an offer.
