Respektløs behandling av meg som kunde, og total mangel på serviceinnstilling med sin provokative fremtreden i samtale som kun dreide seg om én ting, å slippe å skulle måtte dekke en skade.

What an absolute disappointment in your company. Not offering the protection you are selling the customer. I was stuck for NINE days overseas, accumulating an incredible amount of bills and debt, got completely screwed by United Airlines, and then by my insurance company. I have been paying every month for 5 years for what was supposed to be the best protection possible, and never made a claim until now when I desperately needed your help. I would expect this appalling service from an American airline company (who have refused to refund us/compensate us), but definitely not from a Norwegian insurance company. I am definitely switching insurance companies as soon as possible - and getting as many of my colleagues to switch as well. You need to review your policies because leaving a customer hanging like this is unacceptable. The reason for my claim being denied is beyond ridiculous, immoral, unfair, and overall repulsive. Thanks for leaving me in financial distress, you thieves.

Det er godt å vite at man har et forsikringsselskap som man kan stole på dersom uhellet først er ute.
